Starting January 2026, Club access in Punta Mita will be managed through a more seamless, pre-arranged process, designed to keep every stay easy, organized, and enjoyable from the moment you arrive.

It’s a thoughtful update focused on flow, comfort, and simplicity, so your time in Punta Mita feels exactly as it should.

What’s changing?

Guests staying in vacation rentals within Punta Mita will have Club access arranged through a one-time, per-stay access fee, required to enjoy Club facilities.

This applies to stays in private villas, homes, and condominiums within the community.

How does it work?

- One payment per stay (valid for up to 30 days)
- Paid in advance of arrival
- Grants access to multiple beach clubs with no minimum spend

What does this include?

With Club access in place, guests can enjoy Punta Mita’s most iconic beach clubs:

- Surf Club

- Sufi

- Pacífico Beach Club

- Kupuri Beach Club

- Bahía Beach Club (when open)

Yes, no mandatory minimum consumption is required to enjoy these spaces.
Come for a full beach day or just a quiet afternoon by the sea. It’s entirely up to you.

How much is the access fee?

Pricing is per person, per stay (up to 30 days):

Adults & teens (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge | Total: USD $66.70

Children (ages 5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge | Total: USD $40.02

Children under 5: Free

How is it paid?

Before arrival, guests will receive a secure payment link through the property owner or property manager.

Once completed, you’ll receive two Club Punta Mita access cards per stay, ready to use throughout your visit.
